It is Steve Birthday this time, so the social yells it's call yet again.
Time for some Drink and Bling I think, for too long has one turned up rushed in a morning, or slummed it in battle clothes on an evening. So a bit of spruced up dress clothing and quality vodka/wine/beer is in order.
We will have a tarp for shelter if the weather plays a little foul - or maybe even the clubhouse if it turns really foul - and the fire pit will pop along for atmosphere and socialability.
We will not go to the pub on Friday, as socials should smell of wood smoke and mud, but will almost certainly be repairing to the local for some food after the game on Saturday for those that want to join.
We will aim to allow people to turn up any time after 5pm on the Friday (we have to finish work and head off).
